When executing [Standby] within enemy threat range, performs [Alert] on an area of 1 tile around the character, dealing 30% physical DMG. Can be triggered up to 1 time per round; if having 2 stacks of [Liberation], consumes them to double the DMG, interrupt the target's turn, and increase alert triggers by 1. The effect lasts until the start of the next turn.
