(Physical DMG) [Instant] Selects 1 location in the cross-shaped range of the character, charges to that location and deals 60% [AoE DMG] to all targets within a 1-tile radius, inflicting [Vulnerable II] and [Disarm] for 1 turn; when having [On Duty], increases DMG by 30%. If the skill hits only 1 enemy, it deals 120% DMG. When defeating a target, refunds NRG cost and CD. Can be triggered up to 1 time per round.
