P.DEF I] and 2 stacks of [Shatter the Shackles] for 2 turns, and deals [Piercing DMG] equal to 1% of HP to other allied summoned units within range, granting them 2 stacks of [Engine of War] for 3 turns.
If there are no enemies within range, grants [Kianshir] 4 stacks of [Liberation].
When [Kianshir] is defeated, immediately triggers this skill and then [Leaves the Battle].
