(Passive) [Level 2 Effect] When having 10 stacks of [Liberation], [Shadow Assassin]'s ATK is increased by a certain percentage (15% of Acambe's basic ATK).
[Shadow Assassin] gains [Bond of Arms II]: when hit by an AoE attack or defeated, [Acambe] gains 2 stacks of [Liberation]. [Acambe] can gain this effect up to 2 times per round; when casting [Vorpal Blade], deals [Piercing DMG] equal to 1% of HP to allied summoned characters within range.
At the start of the turn, if [Acambe]'s skill [Shadow Assassin] is on CD and has 10 or more stacks of [Liberation], consumes 10 stacks and reduces the CD by 2 turns.
