(Magical DMG) [Break the Shackles] Can only be used on allies with [Liberation]. Removes all [Liberation] from them and deals 40% DMG to all enemies within 3 tiles of the target, inflicts [Life Loss] equal to 50% of M.ATK and [
M.DEF II] for 2 turns. If having the following [Liberation] stacks when casting the skill, consumes corresponding stacks and triggers effects:
When having 5 stacks, additionally inflicts [Life Loss] equal to 50% of M.ATK.
When having 10 stacks, grants the 5-stack effect and additionally inflicts [
Passive Skills] and [Reaction Skills] for 2 turns.
