If having the following [Liberation] stacks after casting the skill, consumes corresponding stacks and triggers effects:
When having 5 stacks, each time DMG is dealt, deals additional [Piercing DMG] equal to 1% of the character's max HP for each stack of [Liberation] owned.
When having 10 stacks, grants the 5-stack effect and after attacking, restores 4% HP for each stack of [Liberation] owned.
When having 5 stacks, each time DMG is dealt, deals additional [Piercing DMG] equal to 1% of the character's max HP for each stack of [Liberation] owned.
