(Healing) Selects a target enemy or ally to cast; after casting, the character recovers 1 NRG.
If the target is an ally, heals for 100% of M.ATK; before healing, dispels all [Healing Disability] effects and 2 [Debuffs] from the target, then grants [Cooling Powder], [DMG Reduction II], [
P.DEF II], and [M.DEF II], lasting for 2 turns.
If the target is an enemy, inflicts [Healing Received Reversal II] and 2 random [Level 2 Debuffs], lasting for 2 turns, then heals the target for 120% of M.ATK if they are affected by [Healing Received Reversal] effects and inflicts 2 stacks of [Infection].
