(Physical DMG) [Rally Command]. Teleports to the target location, then deals 100% AoE DMG to all enemies within 3 tiles of the character and inflicts [
DMG II] and [Disarm] for 1 turn; if the skill only hits 1 enemy, the skill multiplier increases to 160%.
When teleporting, additionally absorbs 1 [Phantom Spear] within 3 tiles outside the target point, triggering the pickup effect;
After attacking, the character gains [Onslaught] for 2 turns.
