Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt

U.C. 0079. Nearly one year has passed since the war between the Earth Federation Forces and the Principality of Zeon began. The Side 4 space colony cluster, Moore, has been destroyed in a Zeon attack. The loss of life was enormous. The clouds of drifting debris from the colony and wrecked ships resemble forlorn spirits of the dead. Moore has been reduced to nothing more than a perilous shoal zone. Collisions among the debris generates electricity, emitting constant arcs of lightning. No one knows who came up with the new name for the region, but it eventually sticks. It becomes known by all as Thunderbolt Sector.
