The head of House Kujan, one of the Seven Stars. He is in charge of commanding the 2nd Fleet, part of the Gjallarhorn Outer Lunar Orbit Regulatory Joint Fleet Arianrhod. While he has faith in his Fleet Commander, Rustal Elion, the idea of an illegitimate upstart like McGillis Fareed carrying the name of the Seven Stars does not sit well with him. Headstrong and cocksure, he was responsible for a number of failures, such as contributing to the activation of the Mobile Armor Hashmal on Mars, and being denounced by the Revolutionary Army for bringing the illegal Dainsleif weapon that led to the Turbines' downfall.
