An Innovade who works as an agent of Veda.
Formerly a Gundam Meister, he once piloted the GN Sefer and was Grave Violento's partner.
He began working exclusively for Veda after he—under the control of Beside Pain—killed Grave.
Afterward, his once-cheerful, outgoing nature turned silent.
Further on, after Celestial Being was destroyed in their battle against the UN forces, he suddenly appeared before the members of Fereshte—Celestial Being's support organization—and stole their Gundam Sadalsuud Type-F.
For a while, he continued monitoring society under the instruction of Veda, but after repeated interactions with Fon Spaak, he began acting on his own volition.
