The commanding officer of Celestial Being's support organization Fereshte.
As a Gundam Meister, she participated in the development of second-generation Gundams until an accident occurred while piloting Gundam Plutone, resulting in the loss of her allies and her suffering both physical and emotional wounds.
She became an agent thereafter but decided to establish and lead Fereshte to aid in the effort to end all wars, which would effectively realize the ideals of her lost friends.
Although the tragic accident casts a shadow over her formerly cheerful personality, her strong will enables her to effectively lead her allies.
