A Gundam Meister of Celestial Being.
Despite being a member of Celestial Being's support organization Fereshte, he doesn't believe in their cause, and his actions are not inspired by any sense of justice or ideology.
Because of his criminal record and background as a terrorist, he is kept restrained by handcuffs, except for when he pilots a Gundam, and he is forced to wear an explosive collar to prevent him from acting out of line.
Though he is a loose cannon who causes chaos wherever he goes, he is extremely intelligent. As a Gundam Meister for Fereshte, his greatest joy is being able to change the world with his own power and his Gundam.
