An agent of Celestial Being.
She has served under Celestial Being agent Wang Liu Mei since being saved by Setsuna F. Seiei from Ali al-Saachez, who killed her two older brothers during a battle with the United Nations Forces.
Although the passage of time has left her looking more mature, her artless and sadistic personality remains unchanged, and she harbors profound hatred and resentment against Saachez for killing her brothers.
In addition, although she seems to follow Wang Liu Mei on missions, Nena secretly hates her due to the way she seeks global reform in an effort to start over on her own life in spite of her position of privilege.
