One of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters.
Tieria is an Innovade, an artificial imitation of evolved humans known as Innovators.
During the past battles against the UN Forces, Tieria prioritized Veda's plan above all else and made many cold-hearted decisions.
However, his experience fighting alongside friends has allowed him to bring some humanity to his decision-making.
He was the first Gundam Meister to reunite with Celestial Being following its reformation and work alongside his friends once more, but after learning that he was fighting against Innovades like himself, he felt a profound sense of conflict over his role in Aeolia's plans.
Ultimately, Tieria finds himself unable to agree with Ribbons Almark's actions, and vowed to fight alongside his friends in Celestial Being.
