One of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters.
His real name is Lyle Dylandy. He is the twin brother of Neil Dylandy, who perished in battle against the UN Forces.
His personality is remarkably similar to Neil's, and he possesses incredible sniping skills like his brother.
While serving as an agent of anti-Federation organization Katharon, he was contacted by Setsuna F.
Seiei and informed of his brother's activities as a member of Celestial Being. He would then join Celestial Being in order to leak information to Katharon, carrying forward the Lockon Stratos codename.
Piloting the Cherudim Gundam, Lyle is cheery and outgoing.
After meeting (and losing) his beloved Anew Returner and working alongside his friends, he vowed to fight against the Innovators of his own volition.
