A self-proclaimed Innovator affiliated with the Autonomous Peacekeeping Force A-LAWS.
Hiling is actually an Innovade, an artificial version of an Innovator (an evolved class of humans).
She takes pride in her status as an Innovator, and regards the inner lives and emotion-driven actions of human beings with contempt, possibly because she shares the same genetic pattern as Ribbons Almark. In battle, she is artless and belligerent, and often operates alongside Revive Revival.
Hiling was assigned to the A-LAWS with a special license enabling her to operate independently.
She piloted the Gadessa during the battle of Memento Mori, shot down many enemy ships, and later switched to piloting the Garazzo for many battles against Celestial Being.
