A soldier of the ESF Peacekeeping Force.
Formerly affiliated with the Human Reform League, Sergei transferred to the ESF Peacekeeping Force after the decisive battle between the United Nations Forces and Celestial Being. He was promoted to the rank of Captain.
He was skeptical regarding the despotic structure of the Federation government and cautious about the Autonomous Peacekeeping Force A-LAWS.
Sergei was like a father to Soma Peries and hoped to adopt her, but decided to put her happiness first and entrusted her to Allelujah Haptism when she regained her original personality (Marie Parfacy) during a battle with the Ptolemaios 2.
When the coup d'état faction later occupied the orbital elevator (the Break Pillar incident), Sergei was given secret orders by Commander Kim to convince the ringleader and his friend, Pang Hercury, to stand down.
