Setsuna F. Seiei

One of Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters. Setsuna's whereabouts were unknown following the battle with the UN Forces, but he continued operating independently. Sensing something twisted in the yet- unchanged world, he reunited with Celestial Being and began armed interventions against the Autonomous Peacekeeping Force A-LAWS. Though his taciturn attitude is unchanged, he has clearly grown, trusting his friends and possessing a strong sense of purpose. He has also expressed a desire to change from his past self as someone who lived only for combat. During his fight against the Innovade Ribbons Almark, who plotted to rule the world, the large number of GN particles released by the 00 Raiser affected a change in Setsuna himself, causing him to evolve into a genuine Innovator.
