The self-proclaimed Innovator who secretly controls the the Autonomous Peacekeeping Force A-LAWS from behind the scenes.
Ribbons is actually an Innovade, an artificial version of an Innovator (an evolved class of humans) created to help implement Aeolia Schenberg's plan.
As a being created to help awaken humanity, Ribbons is genetically engineered to have a longer life and can directly link to Veda with his Quantum Brainwaves.
However, he soon starts to think of himself as the messiah intended to guide humanity.
He temporarily leaves Celestial Being out of operation, forms the A-LAWS in an attempt to forcibly unify the world, and otherwise twists Aeolia Schenberg's plan.
