A pilot with the Eurasian Federation. The pet pilot of Rear Admiral Gerard Garcia, who serves on the space fortress Artemis. He pilots the Hyperion Gundam Unit 2. Although he calls himself the "Eagle of Artemis," he does not have any real combat experience and is nowhere near Canard Pars, the other Hyperion pilot, in terms of skill. His Mobile Suit has seven kill marks on it, but all of them were actually scored in simulations. When Canard escaped from the Artemis, he deployed in the Hyperion in pursuit under Garcia's orders.
