An heir of the Sahaku family, one of the five ruling families of Orb.
She is a Coordinator and the twin sister of Rondo Gina Sahaku.
She openly criticizes the neutralism of the Orb representative Uzumi Nara Athha, and does not believe her country can be protected by naive thinking.
Thus,she secretly handles Mobile Suit development for the Earth Alliance Forces and reuses the technology to develop the Astray series.
After Orb's destruction, she used the space station Ame-no-Mihashira as her base and waited for an opportunity to restore her country to power.
Although her ideals were initially the same as those of her brother Rondo Gina Sahaku, and her plans revolved around world domination, she changed her thinking after her brother's death, meeting Lowe Guele, and other events.
