AKA the "Doctor," a ZAFT pilot. He used to work as a physician, but he enlisted in the military when hostilities broke out. Indifferent, untrusting, and pessimistic by nature, his highest priority is always his own interests. Even his prior medical career was solely to satisfy his curiosity about the human body. As a doctor, he always had calm judgment and a steady hand for removing lesions in operations. It was no different for him after trading in his scalpel for a Mobile Suit controller; his spot judgment and ability to act swiftly carried over in full from one career to the next. He likes to characterize combat ops as "Medical Operations," and his surgical precision in identifying and removing the lynchpin of the enemy force that he sees as an afflicted area has earned him the nickname "Doctor" with friends and foes alike. He has had numerous engagements with the Serpent Tail mercenary group, and Gai Murakumo in particular has given him a considerably hard time.
