AKA the "Mad Dog in the Moonlight," an Earth Alliance Force pilot. He used to belong to a Eurasian tank squadron. He got dubbed the "Mad Dog in the Moonlight" due to his specialization in nighttime combat operations. The "Mad Dog" part comes from the fact that he proposes plans that seem crazy at a glance, but he is actually a shrewd tactician. He was defeated soundly in the African front by a Mobile Suit team led by Andrew Waldfeld, AKA the "Desert Tiger." That incident profoundly impressed upon Morgan the superiority of Mobile Suits, which eventually led to him establishing the strategic basis of the Earth Alliance's Mobile Suit usage. He performed well as a test pilot for the Strike Dagger, and he piloted a 105 Dagger on the field. When it came to light that he was capable of controlling a Gunbarrel, he took on a Gunbarrel Striker intended for Mu La Flaga, and put it to great use in the Battle of Boaz.
