Gundam Virsago's pilot who is acting as an agent for the Government Reconstruction Committee, which was established among the upper class of the former United Nations Earth. He is the older brother of Olba Frost. Although he was listed as a Newtype candidate, he was not compatible with the Flash System and branded as a Category F, the F standing for Fake, and rejected.
