Former agent of the Colony Liberation Organization.
One year after the cessation of hostilities between the Earth's nations and the White Fang, he proposed that the Gundam pilot's machines be sent to the Sun for destruction in hopes of bringing peace to the world.
However, the outbreak of the Mariemaia Army's rebellion while en route saw him and the Maganac Corps spring into action to recover the Gundams.
He then took to the battlefield again in his recovered Gundam Sandrock Custom, traveling to Mariemaia-occupied Brussels to fight alongside his former allies in a fierce battle.
