A pilot for the Zanscare Empire.
Exceptionally skilled both as a pilot and as a commander. He has an upstanding personality, but his indecisiveness can lead to him being pushed around by others.
In the latter stages of the Zanscare War, he was promoted to commander of the Motorad Squadron, taking charge of Operation: Earth Clean.
He was defeated in the final battle by Uso's V2 Gundam, however, and died.
He has piloted such mobile suits as the Shokew, the Zolo, the Tomliat, the Contio, and the Rig Contio.
