The supreme commander of the Crossbone Vanguard.
He was a Cyber-Newtype and Cecily Fairchild's biological father.
Most people knew him as Iron Mask.
He was the son-in-law of Cosmo Babylonia's founder, Meitza Ronah, and formed a private army, the Crossbone Vanguard, in order to realize his father-in-law's vision.
At the same time, he subjected himself to Cyber-Newtype experiments.
His enhancements were extraordinary, allowing him to function in space unprotected, pry open a mobile suit's hatch with his bare hands, and even operate a mobile armor with brainwaves.
However, these enhancements warped his mind, and he secretly developed the weapons known as Bugs to wipe out most of humanity.
In the assault on Frontier Side, he tested the Bugs' capabilities and succeeded in destroying one colony.
He also piloted the Rafflesia and annihilated a Federation fleet.
Shortly afterward, however, he was killed by Seabook Arno's F91.
