An MS pilot of the Londo Bell task force. He is the leader of the flagship Ra Cailum's ace pilot team, the "Tri-Stars." He has a cool demeanor and gentlemanly manner, but is confident enough to criticize his superiors. His skills as a pilot are excellent, and his accuracy during team maneuvers is highly rated within the Federation Forces. His superior skills made him a test pilot candidate for the UC project, but after the project was cancelled, he was assigned to test the Unicorn Gundam's support MS Jesta.
