Commander of the Federation's ECOAS 920 special operations team, who is proud to be a cog in the organization. He is a brash and unrefined soldier who completes all tasks assigned to him. Because they conduct shady missions in the name of anti- terrorism, ECOAS are often referred to as the "Manhunters," and he lives up to this name with his cold and stubborn persona. However, deep inside he is peaceful and wants nothing more than to fulfill his duties, even if it regrettably means resorting to underhanded tactics.
