Ringleader of the Neo Zeon remnant group known as the Sleeves. He is a masked man also known as the "Second Coming of Char Aznable." He has cold and accurate judgment, and charisma capable of gathering the scattered Neo Zeon remnants into a powerful force. He has many die-hard believers, but he rarely shows his true feelings, and has no problem discarding his comrades to achieve his goals. Like Char Aznable, he has high skills as an MS pilot. On the battlefield, he shows his true power by holding his own against the Unicorn Gundam, even with its NT-D system activated.
