An MS pilot assigned to the warship Nahel Argama of the Federation's Londo Bell task force. He is also the heir to the Marcenas political family. He is a young soldier who chose to follow his dream as a pilot after feeling suffocated by the pretensions of his upbringing. He is usually a bright and happy man who is always at ease, but his youth makes him reckless and thoughtless of the consequences his behavior might create. Because of his lineage he often gets special treatment, and he hates this. But through meeting the orphaned Mineva Lao Zabi, he learns the significance of Laplace's Box and is gradually caught up in the incident.
