A student at the colony Industrial 7, who attends the Anaheim Electronics Industrial College. He leads a normal life while seeking answers to bigger questions, until he meets the mysterious Audrey Burne and becomes caught up in the conflict surrounding Laplace's Box. He has a calm demeanor that belies his youth, and does not show his emotions very often. He also rarely takes action unless forced, but is greatly moved by his chance meeting with Audrey Burne and her wish to stop the war, so he decides to help her out. He then meets his biological father Cardeas Vist in the colony-turned-battlefield and is given the Unicorn Gundam, which turns out to be the key to Laplace's Box. This draws him further and further into the war.
