A one-armed junk dealer living in the lunar city of Von Braun.
He fought alongside Anavel Gato, the "Nightmare of Solomon," during the One Year War. They had mutual respect for each other, but after he lost his left arm during battle he was forced to leave his position as a pilot.
He has a modest personality and does not speak much, but he is a loyal man who had his heart set on being a pilot. After the One Year War he operated a junk shop with the intention of one day resuming his role as a pilot.
For this purpose he continued to fix the discarded mobile armor Val-Walo. When he meets the Federation Forces pilot Kou Uraki, he decides to try his luck once again.
