A member of Zeon's 603rd Technical Evaluation Unit, he is a young soldier hired to test-pilot various new weaponry.
He used to work on the same project as his comrade, Oliver May.
Because of his happy, laid-back personality, he is sometimes seen as lacking seriousness, but he is highly sensitive to the needs of others, and always puts himself second in order to keep spirits light.
He'd longed to become an MS pilot, but had a difficult time getting accepted.
When the Zudah is deployed to the 603rd Technical Evaluation Unit, he cannot contain his joy at being able to pilot it.
