When she pilots the prototype Newtype mobile armor Elmeth, her exceptional Newtype abilities enable her to surpass even veteran pilots.
She appears to have loyalty and love for her savior Char, but after her meeting with Federation Forces MS pilot Amuro Ray at Side 6, she feels drawn to him because they share similar powers. She has a profound effect on the awakening of Char and Amuro's Newtype abilities, and leaves a searing scar on the two lifelong rivals.
