A hit idol and pop singer in PLANT. She is the daughter of Siegel Clyne, Chairman of the PLANT Supreme Council, and also Athrun Zala's fiancee. She has an innocent and curious disposition that often throws those around her for a loop. She carries a hidden strength deep down, however, her age belies her keen insight. While en route to Junius Seven, her memorial party came under attack by an Earth Alliance inspection team, and she was forced to escape. She had a fateful encounter with Kira Yamato when he retrieved her lifepod adrift in space. She returned to PLANT afterward, only to meet Kira again when he was taken there to recover after being badly wounded in a battle with Athrun. They found increasingly common ground together. When Kira decided to return to the field to get to the bottom of what was driving the war, she entrusted him with the Freedom Gundam and began taking independent action of her own to draw the war to a close.
